\nTopics such as pregnancy, birth and postpartum, the role of the partner, breathing and birthing positions, dealing with birth pain and baby care can be the focus.
\nTogether we will find out what is important to you – for a self-determined and well-prepared birth.<\/p>\n

Postnatal care<\/strong> – support for the first time at home
\nAfter the birth, a sensitive and precious phase begins.
\nI accompany you and your family during this time at home – with expert care, calm and understanding.
\nI advise you on the care and nutrition of your baby and am happy to be there for you if you have any questions, uncertainties or worries.
\nSo that you can arrive at your own pace – as a mother, as a family.<\/p>\n
